What do we do?
The Human Resources & External Relations department is responsible for managing people, fostering a strong internal culture, and building meaningful connections outside the IEEE Student Branch. Through planning, communication, and collaboration, we ensure the sustainable growth of the IEEE Student Branch and strengthen its presence within the academic and professional community.
Human Resources
The Human Resources team is responsible for recruitment, onboarding, and member engagement within the IEEE Student Branch. It promotes a healthy internal environment, supports collaboration between teams, and contributes to the personal and professional development of members.
External Relations
The External Relations team focuses on establishing and maintaining partnerships with companies, institutions, and other organizations. It supports sponsorships, collaborations, and represents IEEE UC externally within the academic and professional community.
